The wifi is so good today as we sail from Malta to Mallorca that I shall attempt another blog entry before returning to j y cabin to start the arduous task of packing (mostly dirty clothes, even though we did use the free laundry amenity).
Rhodes, Greece
Wednesday, 15 November 2017
We wake to another beautiful morning as we sail into the harbor of Rhodes City in the northwest corner of the island. Rhodes is a fairly large island with many things to see, including the Akropolis at Lindos further down the west coast and many beautiful beaches on the eastern side. But one short day will allow us to have a leisurely walk through the old city, without the necessity of an escorted excursion. I have been here before (1993, 2010, 2015), so my memory and "expertise" will serve as a guide, as we explore the sights at our own speed.
